Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LawnMate Customer Portal (the “Portal”) provided by LawnMate Quality Lawncare (“LawnMate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Portal.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.

2. Portal Use

You may use the Portal to:

  • View and manage your properties and services
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Make payments and manage auto-pay settings
  • Receive service-related communications

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal
  • Interfere with system security or performance
  • Use the Portal for unlawful or abusive purposes

3. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
  • You authorize LawnMate to charge your selected payment method for approved invoices.
  • Auto-pay charges will occur according to the settings you enable in the Portal.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Failed or declined payments may result in service delays, fees, or suspension of service.


4. Service Information Disclaimer

The Portal is provided for convenience and informational purposes. Scheduling data, invoice amounts, and service details may change. LawnMate does not guarantee that Portal information is error-free or always current. Official service agreements and invoices govern billing and service terms.


5. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal at any time, add or remove features, and perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for Portal downtime or interruptions.


6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to maintain an active customer relationship. You may stop using the Portal at any time.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to Portal use will not exceed the amount you paid to LawnMate in the preceding 12 months.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawnMate from claims arising out of your use of the Portal, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LawnMate Quality Lawncare is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
